I used it in a hot oven just once, and it ended up cracking. I was expecting it to hold up better

It broke after about a week of using it, so yeah, disappointing. The quality just feels really cheap, like it wasn’t made to last at all.

It cleans okay for the most part, I do have to soak it sometimes when stuff gets stuck on.

I know Pyrex is a solid brand, but when I checked out this site, it just didn’t give me a ton of confidence. The info felt kind of light, and maybe I was already in a cautious mood that day, so the timing probably didn’t help. It might be totally fine, but I didn’t feel reassured enough to place an order

The return process was a total pain... and I still haven’t gotten my refund yet!! Super frustrating!!!

I knew quickly this wasn’t going to hold up. After just a few uses, the bowl already chipped, which is frustrating. Maybe I judged it fast, but come on, this should’ve lasted longer. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

The site is Easy enough to look at and use, but the design feels a little dated and not super exciting. The photos are Fine, I just wish the pages looked cleaner and a bit more Modern overall.

I had to wait days to hear back from customer service, and when they finally replied, it wasn’t really that helpful. Based on this experience, I’d say their support in general probably isn’t very reliable if you need quick answers

I ordered a couple of Pyrex dishes because I needed a few extra ones for leftovers and baking, and the actual pieces seem okay overall. They’re the size I expected and I’m glad nothing arrived completely shattered, which felt a little lucky once I opened everything up.

The box looked beat up when it got here, with crushed corners and not much padding inside, so it didn’t exactly inspire confidence. One of the lids had a small scratch, and for something made of glass I just expected it to be packed with a bit more care. I’d probably think twice before ordering again unless the packaging improves.

I’ve had to deal with refunds from other places before, and this was definitely one of the more frustrating experiences. I asked for a refund, but the replies were slow and I kept having to follow up just to get anywhere. It didn’t really feel like anyone cared about helping me. After this, I don’t think I’ll be shopping here again.

I was a little worried I’d been fooled when I opened it because it looked smaller than I expected. After trying it, the capacity really is low and it doesn’t hold enough for my usual meals. Kind of disappointing.
